Saudi Arabia to Islamabad: planning a plot purchase from KSA

If you work in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or anywhere else in the Kingdom, you probably think about home often. Many Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia plan a plot in Islamabad for their family's future, but doing it from a distance needs care. You cannot walk the land after work, and a forwarded brochure is easy to believe and hard to check. This post is a plain planning guide for buyers in KSA. It is general information, not legal advice. Start with why you are buying Write down your purpose first: a family home later, a farmhouse, a commercial plot, or something else. Decide the plot size you are comfortable with and how you would like to pay. A clear brief protects you from pressure. Nobody honest can promise returns or a possession date, so do not let anyone decide for you or rush you. Check the approval before anything else Ask for the scheme approval letter and confirm it with the issuing authority, not only with the seller. If you plan to use a family member as your representative, ask the team how that is documented and take legal advice on any power of attorney before you sign. Never hand over money or originals without a written record. Pay safely from Saudi Arabia Pay only into New Airport City's official company account. Never pay into a personal account or an agent's account, even if you are told it is faster or easier. Before every transfer, confirm the account details through the company's official numbers, keep the transfer slip, and ask for an official receipt each time.
