If you live in the UAE and are thinking about a plot in Pakistan, PIPEX Dubai 2026 is a useful chance to ask your questions face to face. New Airport City (NAC) is a Platinum Partner of the expo, and our team will be at the stall for both days. This post explains what you can do there and why it is worth the visit. PIPEX Dubai 2026 at a glance Dates: 7 and 8 November 2026 Time: 10 AM to 8 PM on both days Venue: Crowne Plaza, Deira, Dubai NAC role: Platinum Partner You do not need to decide anything on the day. Many overseas Pakistanis use an expo simply to compare projects, collect information and speak to the people behind them. What you can do at the NAC stall See the official master plan The New Airport City master plan is by world-renowned town planner Meinhardt. At the stall you can look at the plan itself, understand how the communities, lakes and green zones are laid out, and ask where a particular plot category sits. Renders are shown only to explain the vision of the master plan. They are illustrative. Ask about plot categories Our team can walk you through the plot categories in the project: Residential: 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal Farmhouse: 4 kanal and 8 kanal Commercial plots Bring your questions about sizes and which category suits your family or your plans. Our team will answer what is currently available. Learn how buying from abroad works Buying from overseas is a common worry, and it is fair to ask about it. At the stall you can learn how the process works when you are not in Pakistan, including how a plot is verified and how payments are made. One rule matters above all: pay only into the official company account. Never pay into a personal account or an agent's account, and always collect an official receipt. You can confirm any detail with our official office before you pay. Get the location details New Airport City is on M-14 CPEC at Girja Link Road, Fateh Jang, about 15 minutes from New Islamabad International Airport. For overseas families who fly in and out of Islamabad, this matters. Ask the team about the route, the nearby travel times and how to plan a visit to the site on your next trip home. Meet the team A plot is a long-term decision, and it helps to know who you are dealing with. At PIPEX you can meet the NAC team in person, put names to faces and note down the direct contacts for later questions. Why an expo visit helps overseas Pakistanis You get answers in one place. Master plan, plot categories, process and location can all be discussed in one conversation. You can ask hard questions. Ask for the NOC, ask who prepared the master plan, ask how payments are made. You can compare. Visiting several stalls shows you how projects present their approvals and documents. You can plan your next step. Many visitors leave with a list of questions and a plan to see the site on their next visit to Pakistan. About our NOC New Airport City is NOC Approved. The NOC is issued by PHATA, the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency, the authority that approves private housing schemes in Punjab. Our team can explain what the NOC covers and how you can check it yourself. We encourage every buyer to verify the approval of any project, including ours, before making a decision. Our approach: see it first, then decide At NAC we believe in a simple idea: see it first, then decide. The expo is the first step, where you ask questions and see the plan. The next step is the site. Today the land has green spaces and lakes, and we encourage you to visit and see it for yourself. We do not ask anyone to rush, and we do not make promises about returns. How to prepare for your visit Make a short list of the plot sizes you are interested in. Write down your questions on the buying process and documents.
