- All payments shall be made in favor of New Airport City through Pay Order, Demand Draft, Online Transfer, or Cash Deposit.
- Prices are inclusive of development charges. Government taxes, documentation, registration, and transfer charges, if applicable, shall be paid by the allottee.
- Additional charges apply for special category plots: Main Road / Boulevard 15% extra, Corner Plot 10% extra, and other preferred locations as per company policy.
- Allocation & Possession: Allocation at 20% payment. Possession upon 100% payment and clearance of all dues.
